- because the Royal Caribbean company had no strategy for the future in IT and no respect from the business side for the IT.

a.Communication-this factor is so important to communicate with everybody in case of emergency or some problems will happened in the company and also to prevent "silos".
b.Metric and Time- it is also important factor to centralized administrative responsibilities to give managers more time for their employees.
c.Respect- it is so important to have a great working relationship with the business.

You can also simply choose a ship you want to cruise and you can have also a reservation.and most of all, they have complete information about their company and services.
